A Zottman curl is done seated, not standing.
@StrengthCoachChet you can do it either way, i do prefer the seated version tho
@YeahhBeastmode
You can, but there is a much better chance it bleeds into your lower back.
This called a “ZOTMAN” curl, not zitman,
Zottman Curl. SPELL IT CORRECTLY
Fuck you who cares about spelling
Fuck you too who cares about spelling
how is this guy a bb? He’s got good arms and stuff, but there is no visible lat development.
This is how you get if you don’t use steroids
@Slufsbastian He’s not too cut up so he looks off season, but his gut is still a bit too big (possible insulin abuse). Even for a natural, no lat development. It’s not likely he’s natural, but he’s still behind the competition.
thank you for sharing your tips. i sincerily appreciate it
Arnold Swartzeneger (or however you spell his last name) used these alotttt

Macho Man needs to be the weight lifting song standard.
always remember. you need to get a good pump. LOL
He gives no explanation as to “why” one should do this exercise. It is because he doesn’t know why. He is uneducated. He is an embarrassment to all good instructors. Doing the eccentric portion of the movement in a fully pronated position doesn’t really make sense. If you wanted to emphasize your brachioradialis, you should do the eccentric part of the lift with a neutral wrist position. DO NOT FOLLOW this guy’s advice. He is clueless, and you will learn nothing.
start with supinated grip and end with pronated grip…wow!
