    It makes me sad thinking about all the kids and unathetic people looking to get started and get spoon fed with this shit.

    I know my lifts whent up when I started talking to the powerlifter guy in my gym who was warming up with everyone elses max lifts for like 10 reps.

    Looks can be deceiving yes, but impressive lifts are not.

    I did this excercise using too much weight and without using a belt either(being cocky) about 8 months ago and only about a fortnight ago was i able to lift weights properly with minimal discomfort.The past 8 months ive wrapped my belt extra tight and the amount of heat rub ive gone through is unbelievable.
