ok so i am 14 5′7 164 pounds and i want a off season workout so i can get ready for my high school tryout that are in 2 months and i also want to get ready for my baseball season at my league which starts at the same time so i play 3rd base and i am in the middle of a contact and power hitter. in htisa off season i want to be a better power hitter. so i need a program for the off season but i cant go to the gym i have have dumbbell’s and barbells and ankle/wrist weights. so i need a program that helps every thing i need to become a better power hitter and better 3rd baseman and i want to be more faster as well.i do know that the core is important but do i still work on my core even do i am a little chubby?? does it matter?

I have a Bench, Barbells, and Dumbbells. How frequent i should workout in a week to gain more and more muscle. What kinda workout i can do with the limited equipment. If any body can help me in making a week long program for the said equipment. What kinda diet i should go for? Are whey protiens safe????
