You should be doing more than ‘just this clip’ if you are really serious. If I were in your shoes I would be doing weeks 1-12 as much as I can …DAILY! Have fun with this and watch your self talk…no matter how much sweating you do…if you are not telling yourself the right things, then you will not do the smart things that will get you those toned arms…inside your gut you know if you are really doing what is required. Hey! I loved this workout… imma start soon… Im already recovering my energy, im eating healthier. I dont need to loose weight, im skinny I just want to tone up and build up some muscle in my legs, arms and abdomen… What kind of workouts you recommend for those areas???
