      I will be ready. Today and tomorrow I’m going to spend recharging. Seems that laziness and exhaustion has taken some of the steam away (novelty is wearing thin) and I need to get it back! I got the book open and I’m writing down the plans. I’m going to follow through and keep your little voice in my head :)

      You should be doing more than ‘just this clip’ if you are really serious. If I were in your shoes I would be doing weeks 1-12 as much as I can …DAILY! Have fun with this and watch your self talk…no matter how much sweating you do…if you are not telling yourself the right things, then you will not do the smart things that will get you those toned arms…inside your gut you know if you are really doing what is required. Ask me if you need help:)~ahmad

      On the Food Score ( here is a example)
      B – One of your Protein shake with Banana
      L – Soup ( different type each time)
      D – small fish pie or Tofu stir fry ( spray oil)

      also try and mix it up x R
